Congratulations to our Winners!

Have you noticed that our kids are stressed out?

As an adult it can be difficult to understand why our children are stressed.

If you are reading this your children are probably lucky enough to have a roof over their heads, hopefully they have loving and supportive parents, an education and opportunities that we didn’t have at their age.

The thing is, kids are stressed because they are human.

There is no way around it- we all get stressed out, at any age and no matter our circumstances.

The best thing we can do is empower our children to learn how to deal with stress.

The easiest and most effective (and PROVEN)  way to release our stress is through EFT Tapping.

And kids are so responsive to it!

If you'd like to introduce EFT Tapping to your children, I have a great book to help you!

It is so important that we empower our children and set them up for success!

Children are going to get stressed, anxious and have a hard time, there is no way around it.  But, we can give them a life changing tool to help them learn how to process and release their stress so that they can be happy and relaxed!

I’m so excited for you to share this simple, gentle and proven technique with your family that  I’m giving away 3 copies of the book Gorilla Thumps & Bear Hugs A Tapping Solution Children’s Story by Alex Ortner.

Is Stress Sabotaging Your Healthy Habits?

Hi Friends,

It’s been awhile since I showed up in your inbox and I hope this finds you all doing well!

For those of you that've followed my year abroad, you might have noticed that we're back home!

Our year abroad was filled with exciting adventures, tons of learning, exploring and lots of growing... (and plenty of very difficult times) for us individually and as a family.   It was an experience we'll never forget and I'm so grateful we had the opportunity to experience it!

We moved back home this past summer and as Dorothy said 'there's no place like home'!   We're so happy to be back!

But, I’m here today to let you know about an important study that just came out about the effects of stress and our health.

BYU did a study with mice to test the response of stress on their gut health.  What they found was the female mice that were exposed to stress had significant changes in their gut health.

Stress actually changed the conditions of their gut bacteria!

So much so, that their body’s response looked as though they were eating a high fat unhealthy diet!

I know what you’re thinking, more stress about the effects of stress!

But I do have GOOD NEWS!

The good news is that we can easily do something about it!  You might have guessed it already, EFT Tapping!

EFT Tapping has been shown to lower your stress levels by 24-50%! In just one session!

So, no need to stress about your stress, you can easily tap about it!  And heal your body at the same time!

Click here if you’re interested in learning more about tapping!

Since I'm so happy to be back home

and I want you know what it feels like to significantly lower your stress

In the way of Beauty

Have you ever noticed that when you are out in nature something powerful happens?

A couple weeks ago I had the amazing opportunity for my family and I to spend the week in Zermatt, Switzerland.  This was my first time to Switzerland and being in the Alps.  I was awe struck the entire week.  The Alps are so expansive, massive and breathtaking.

After a couple days I began to notice that my body was relaxed, I was feeling recharged and grounded in a way that I haven’t felt since we moved to London.

It felt easier to breathe, think clearly, and I was filled with a renewed sense of trust in life.

I couldn’t help myself but constantly celebrate the beauty around me… I was overwhelmed with gratitude the entire time we were there.

Grateful for the experience, the magnitude of the beauty, the air, the sun, the snow... this life.

Now that we are back in London, living in a city with more than 8 million people it has proven to be... well,  stressful.

I’m already planning some little escapes to nature.  London has wonderful parks throughout this city and I’m making a point to visit them more often.

Sometimes the peace I’m craving is something I can only get from being in the natural rhythm of nature…. In the beauty.

There are so many ways to help with stress but have you gone out in nature lately? It does wonders for me.

I’d love to hear from you…

What do you notice about yourself when you’re out in nature?

What’s your favorite way to get recharged, grounded and release stress?

-Much love and gratitude
